An unexpected incident occurred at a temple near Bangkok. A 65-year-old woman who was brought in for cremation came back to life in her coffin. When temple staff heard a sound from the coffin she was lying in, they opened it and saw the woman's arms and head moving slightly. The woman's brother said that his sister had been bedridden for two years and thought she had died when she stopped breathing two days ago. He took his sister to a hospital in Bangkok because of her will regarding organ donation, but they did not accept her because they did not have an official death certificate. After that, his brother took her to a temple where cremation services are free. While the staff were explaining to him that the ceremony could not be held without a death certificate, he heard a knock from inside the coffin. The woman was immediately hospitalized, and her condition is now stable. A medical examination revealed that she was not actually dead, but had fainted due to a sharp drop in blood sugar.
