The founder of the Caravan Group chain, Timur Musin, announced that he has put his Palov Museum, Caravan restaurant and Cinara's complex up for sale.
The entrepreneur said that he decided to sell the restaurant assets due to legal disputes, investment risks and the current business environment.
For information, these three complexes are estimated at 294 billion soums on the OLX online classifieds platform. The five-story Palov Museum with an area of 5,800 square meters is estimated at 150 billion soums, the Caravan restaurant, which can accommodate 250-490 people, is estimated at 45 billion soums, and Cinara's is estimated at 99 billion.
