Why are power banks banned from airplanes?

Poverbank can burn when used incorrectly. Recently, a passenger on the Istanbul–South Korea flight dropped poverbank between the seats. The device was compressed and the plane was forced to return to Istanbul over Kazakhstan. Since such cases have increased, airlines strongly recommend carrying poverbank in a safe state and not using it during flight.
