The Iranian team became the winner of CAFA Futsal - 2023 in Dushanbe.

It is reported by the Football Federation of Tajikistan.

It is noted that according to the results of the matches played, the Iranian team received 12 points and took the gold medal.

Silver went to the Afghan team, who earned 10 points during the competition, and bronze with CAFA Futsal - 2023 was taken by the Uzbekistan team with 9 points.

The national team of Tajikistan finished fourth with 7 points.

So, the team led by Payrav Vohidov:

beat the teams of Turkmenistan with a score of 4:2 and Kyrgyzstan - 5:3,

tied with Afghanistan - 2:2,

lost to the teams of Uzbekistan with a score of 2:4 and Iran - 0:1.

In addition, according to the results of the tournament, the national team of the republic received the "Fair Play" prize.

The CAFA Futsal Cup-2023 award ceremony was attended by the First Vice-President of the Central Asian Football Association Mohammad Yusuf Korgar, CAFA Secretary General Ulugbek Karimov and Secretary General of the Football Federation of Tajikistan Furkat Akhmedjanov.
