📌 Over the past five years, the loan portfolio allocated to businesses has nearly tripled, reaching 450 trillion soums. Entrepreneurs have benefited from 650 trillion soums in tax and customs incentives;

📌 The “Business Start” program will be introduced for new entrepreneurs, “Business Lift” for those who have launched production, and “Business Growth” for businesses entering a new stage of development;

📌 The down payment for purchasing state assets will be reduced from 30% to 15%. Those who make full payment within six months will receive a 25% discount;

📌 For enterprises connected to the ASKUE and ASKUG systems that have maintained payment discipline, the down payment will be 15%;

📌 An “export navigator” system will be launched to provide comprehensive services at all stages of entering foreign markets;
