The documents are sent for consideration to the assistant mayor of the neighborhood where the young people who applied in 3 working days, and the assistant mayor informs the Youth Affairs Department about the issuance or refusal of a recommendation to cover the cost of studying in 5 working days. If a recommendation is refused, it must be justified.
If the assistant governor does not consider the application in 5 working days or unreasonably refuses to issue a recommendation, the Board of Trustees (Department of Youth Affairs) can transfer the contract money on its own initiative.
Tuition is up to 75% of expenses, but not more than the following amounts are paid:
– for courses up to a month-up to 4 times BHM;
– for courses from one to 2 months-up to 8 times BHM;
– for courses of more than two months-up to 12 times BHM.
