A video showing foreign citizens using firearms in a field in Uzbekistan has spread on social media, causing wide public discussion. The video was posted on WeChat by a user named “Kevin Ke”. It shows a person shooting at plastic bottles placed as targets in an open area.

The regional police department issued an official statement regarding the incident. According to the report, on January 20 this year in the Tashkent region, a citizen identified as Y.Yu. illegally handed over his licensed hunting rifle to his acquaintance Q.X. for unlawful use. No harm was caused to people or animals during the shooting. The hunting weapon and ammunition have now been temporarily confiscated.
