Ingredients:
500 ml of 33% fat cream
250 g of condensed milk
3 chocolate bars
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
Preparation:
First, melt the chocolate bars in a water bath, add a little vegetable oil and mix until a smooth mass is formed. The melted chocolate is applied to the inner walls of plastic cups. Then it is sent to the freezer to harden. In a separate bowl, whip the cream and condensed milk with a mixer until thick. The finished mass is poured into chocolate cups. Then ice cream sticks are placed and frozen in the freezer until completely solid. After freezing well, another layer of melted chocolate is poured on top and sent to freeze again. Before serving, the plastic cup is carefully removed. Our delicious ice cream is ready!
