Health Minister Amrillo Inoyatov said he was not positive on the issue of paying a "supercontract" in the medical direction. The minister also stated that it is not in the plan to open correspondence education in the medical direction.Health Minister Amrillo Inoyatov provided information about the beginning of a full transformation process in health sector education, whether or not "supercontract"will be abandoned in the admission of students. The minister said he was not positive on the issue, stating that a proposal had been made to the government to remove the "supercontract"from medical education.
"Of course, this is determined by the government. We have included our proposal to the government (on the cancellation of the supercontract). The point is in the student's studies and in our filter. Any student who wants ["supercontract"] can enter, the trend all over the world is that. If he has knowledge, if he has qualifications, he can enter: whether he enters a "supercontract", with his knowledge... the main thing is that when we make the filter at the level of international requirements, everyone [the student] filters himself," Amrillo Inoyatov said at a convention in Tashkent on July 5.
He also said that the opening of correspondence education in medical education was not in the plan, such a direction did not exist in the world either.
"In medicine, the term Shallow cannot be. The opening of correspondence education [in the direction of Medicine in higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan] is not in the plan," Inoyatov said.
For information, the proposal to remove the "supercontract"from medical education has been repeatedly thrown in between by medical activists. On this topic Kun.uz ham had several interviews with doctors.
