"We did not conduct laboratory tests. In our practice, this situation was not observed at all. No one told us about this mistake. They could have said that you gave it to us for examination, give me a sample too. The committee could have told the laboratory to have a test report, and then told us. Investigations have come from the Ministry of Justice and the agency. No one has ever objected to this situation. We found out about it when the investigation process started, everyone knew about it," said the defendant, who admitted that the registered drugs were not tested in the laboratory.
