Warehouse manager rapes 5-year-old girl at a kindergarten in Namangan

It has been revealed that a warehouse manager at a state-run kindergarten in the Namangan region raped a five-year-old girl attending the facility.
Reports indicate that the Investigation Division of the Uchkurgan District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case regarding the incident on September 12. The suspect, K.M., was detained that same day, and a preventive measure of detention was applied against him.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against him under Article 118, Part 4 of the Criminal Code (rape of a person under the age of 14) and Article 112, Part 1. Preliminary investigation activities are currently underway.
The Children's Ombudsman announced that they are monitoring the situation to ensure the protection of the victim's legal interests.
