Vladimir Putin reacted to reports that North Korean troops are on Russian territory

He mentioned the agreement on strategic cooperation with the DPRK and confirmed that the North Korean military is in Russia.
"Our strategic cooperation agreement has been ratified. We never doubted that the North Korean leadership would take our agreements seriously. What and how to act within this article is our business," Putin said.
According to South Korean intelligence, Pyongyang may send 12,000 troops to Russia, and some of them have already arrived at bases in the Far East.
