Visit of Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Turkmenistan

On August 22, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev went to Turkmenistan. He negotiated face-to-face with Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, Chairman of the Turkmen people's advice.   Colleagues also exchanged views on the seventh Consultative Meeting of the heads of Central Asian states. This was followed by a three-way meeting of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, National Leader of the Turkmen people, chairman of the people's advice Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in the Avaza national tourism zone. Shavkat Mirziyoyev made a number of specific proposals for expanding multifaceted cooperation. The importance of fully exploiting the huge transit potential of the three states was noted.
