Violent Uzbek nanny arrested in Turkey
On April 25, an Uzbek woman was arrested in the Fatih district of Istanbul for physically abusing a 2-year-old child. She had been working as a nanny in her home for two months and had agreed to look after the 2-year-old child of an Uzbek family. It was found that the woman had been constantly hitting the child. The video of the violence was recorded by another citizen who was in her home and handed over to the police. The case was referred to court.
