Victims of pedophile businessman Epstein demand Congress release all classified documents

Victims of Jeffrey Epstein's sex crimes have asked the US Congress to release all closed documents related to the case.

US President Donald Trump has also called on Republicans to support the initiative in Congress to release the full "Epstein files". He called the allegations of close contact between Trump and Epstein a "Democratic political ploy". Trump said that the Justice Department has already released tens of thousands of pages of documents related to the case and that numerous politicians are being investigated for their connections to Jeffrey Epstein.

Congress has recently received new materials related to the Epstein case. Some of them indicate that Trump may have been aware of the late financier's criminal activities.

A vote on the "Epstein Files Transparency Act" is expected this week. The law provides for the release of all secret files.

Jeffrey Epstein was a sex offender who raped and exploited underage girls. The case became a major scandal because Epstein was surrounded by politicians and celebrities. Epstein died in prison in 2019.
