Ingredients:
-400 g minced meat
-4 pieces of pita bread
-1 onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of pepper
-a bunch of parsley
Preparation:
Add finely chopped onion, garlic, parsley and spices to the minced meat and mix well. The prepared minced meat is spread on the pita bread and rolled tightly. Then, the rolled pita bread is cut into equal sizes, rolled into sticks and placed in a dish. At the last stage, a little olive oil is poured over the kebab and baked in an oven preheated to 190°C until golden brown. If desired, you can place the cooked kebabs on yogurt and pour a mixture of red pepper fried in butter on top.
