Uzbeks to be recruited for seasonal work in the US
Uzbek citizens will be recruited for seasonal work in the agricultural sector in the US. An agreement was signed between the Migration Agency and the USA Farm Labor organization on this.
It was reported that the work will be organized within the framework of the H-2A program. The term of employment is 9-10 months, and the average monthly salary is $ 3,500. Workers will be provided with housing at the expense of the employer.
When selecting candidates, priority will be given to qualified specialists. The parties agreed to move cooperation to a practical stage in the near future.
