Uzbekistan was recognized as the safest country in Central Asia

The Numbeo portal has published the ranking of dangerous countries for the first half of 2024. According to this report, the 1st place was taken by Venezuela, the 2nd place by Papua New Guinea, and the 3rd place by Haiti. Uzbekistan took 120th place out of 146 countries. Uzbekistan has a crime index of 29 points and a safety index of 71 points, making it the safest country in Central Asia.

Andorra, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar are in the last places, and these countries are recognized as having the lowest crime rate and the highest level of safety.
