According to Deputy Minister of preschool and school education Sardor Rajabov, as a result of this change, the quality of Education will increase, students will be able to enter the undergraduate stage directly, without taking foundation courses to foreign universities.

Measures were also established to develop preschool education, improve the qualifications of educators and increase the share of Higher Education personnel. To this end, targeted admission for educators is introduced in pedagogical universities and an educational system is established in the format of 5+1.
