Uzbekistan sold nearly $371 million worth of gas to China in 8 months

In January-August, gas imports from Uzbekistan to China amounted to 370.57 million dollars. This is 40% less than the same period last year. According to the TASS publication citing the General Administration of Customs of China, Turkmenistan still ranks first among the countries that import gas to the country: natural gas worth 6.63 billion dollars (an increase of 5%) was sold in eight months. Russia is in second place (increased by 86.4% to $4.46 billion), and Myanmar is in third place (increased by 16.2% to $993.94 million).
