Uzbekistan sent a note to Russia

The Ministry of foreign affairs of Uzbekistan sent a note to the Russian Tiv on a person who insulted an Uzbek migrant in Moscow. The ministry demanded that measures be officially taken on the incident. 
The TIV also appealed to citizens, reminding them that in case of violation of their rights abroad, they should immediately contact local law enforcement agencies and diplomatic missions of Uzbekistan.The Ministry of foreign affairs of Uzbekistan sent a note to the Russian Tiv on a person who insulted an Uzbek migrantion.
