Uzbekistan sends 1.5 million dollars as humanitarian aid to Palestine

On November 1, the presidential decision "On the allocation of humanitarian aid to the United Nations Middle East Agency for the assistance and organization of work for Palestinian refugees" was adopted.

According to the decision, in order to provide humanitarian aid to the Agency for the financial support of humanitarian aid activities for the Palestinian people carried out by the United Nations Middle East Agency (UNRWA) for the relief and organization of work for Palestinian refugees 1 5 million US dollars will be allocated.

At the meeting held on October 31, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that he had decided to allocate 1.5 million dollars to the UN Middle East Agency to provide valuable assistance to the residents of the Gaza Strip.

"We strongly express our solidarity with the Palestinian people and support their right to establish their independent state in accordance with the previously adopted resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council," the president said.
