Uzbekistan's population reaches nearly 38 million

As of July 1, 2025, the permanent population of Uzbekistan was 37.86 million people. This figure increased by 2% compared to the same period in 2024. Of these:

🔹The number of women - 18.8 million people
🔹The number of men - 19.1 million people.

The largest population was recorded in Samarkand (4.33 million), the smallest in Syrdarya (938 thousand). The share of families with 3 people reached 11.2%.
