Uzbekistan rises two places in rule of law ranking

Uzbekistan ranked 81st out of 143 countries in the World Justice Project's rule of law ranking. This is two places higher than last year.
In Central Asia, Kazakhstan is 66th, Kyrgyzstan is 104th. Turkmenistan and Tajikistan are not in the ranking.
The highest places are occupied by Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and New Zealand, and the lowest is Venezuela.

The ranking was compiled based on surveys of citizens, lawyers, and experts, taking into account factors such as the level of corruption, government openness, security, law enforcement, and the effectiveness of the judicial system.
