Uzbekistan launches unified online portal for Hajj and Umrah registration

Uzbek citizens can now apply online to register for Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, according to the press service of the Committee on Religious Affairs.

The newly launched haj-umra.gov.uz portal (also accessible via my.gov.uz) allows users to submit applications, complete documents, and make payments fully digitally. Citizens can log in using OneID, Mobile-ID, or an electronic digital signature (EDS).

The system is integrated with over 15 government agencies, helping to streamline the process, reduce human involvement, and ensure transparency.

During application, users confirm their personal information, add a mahram (guardian) or a companion if necessary, verify via SMS, and then proceed with payment. After submission, the application is officially registered, and the applicant receives an SMS confirmation.

Officials emphasize that the new portal will make it easier for citizens to join the queue, submit documents, complete payments, and register for pilgrimage — all in one place.
