Uzbekistan contributes to the reconstruction of Gaza

Shavkat Mirziyoyev delivered a speech at the first meeting of the Peace Council in Washington. The Head of State confirmed that Uzbekistan supports the initiative to establish the Peace Council and is ready to participate in its activities. He expressed confidence that the work of the council will create favorable conditions for the economic and social reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. The President announced Uzbekistan's readiness to contribute to the reconstruction of Gaza, noting that it may participate in the construction of housing, kindergartens, schools and hospitals in the territory.
The meeting discussed the reconstruction of Gaza, the provision of humanitarian assistance, and ensuring peace and stability in the region. At the end of the event, a declaration of support for the activities of the Peace Council was signed.
