⚡️ Uzbekistan becomes a BRICS partner state

On July 6, at the 17th BRICS summit held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Uzbekistan was recognized as a partner state of the BRICS organization.
At the summit, Indonesia received full member status, and Uzbekistan, along with 10 other countries, including Kazakhstan, Belarus, Cuba, and Nigeria, received associate status.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, cooperation with BRICS is one of the balanced and practical directions of Uzbekistan's foreign policy, serving to expand cooperation in trade, investment, science, and other areas.
