During the meeting between Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, issues regarding the further development of the strategic partnership between the two states were discussed.
The parties agreed to expand trade and economic ties and to strengthen cooperation in the fields of industry, energy, transport, agriculture, and water management. Plans are in place to implement measures aimed at increasing the volume of mutual trade.
At the conclusion of the meeting, an agreement was signed to establish a High-Level Strategic Partnership Council. This council will serve to further develop political dialogue and practical cooperation between the two countries.
