Uzbekistan and Pakistan cooperate in the military-technical sphere

Today's plenary session of the Senate discussed the Law "On ratification of the Agreement on cooperation in the military-technical sphere between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (Islamabad, March 3, 2022)". The senators said that the main goal of the Agreement is to further develop cooperation between the two countries in the military-technical sphere based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit. The importance of the Agreement presented for ratification at the Plenary Session was highly appreciated and it was noted that cooperation in the military-technical field between Uzbekistan and Pakistan will further increase the defense potential of the armed forces of the two countries and strengthen the foundations of regional security.
