Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan elevate relations to the level of alliance
Following bilateral talks, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed the Treaty on Allied Relations.
The agreement elevates bilateral cooperation to the level of an alliance and provides for closer cooperation in the political, economic, transport, energy, security, and humanitarian sectors.
