Uzbek woman stabs husband to death in Turkey

A 28-year-old Uzbek woman in Istanbul, Turkey, stabbed her husband, 42-year-old Emre Erim, to death with a kitchen knife over a financial dispute. The incident occurred on April 6 in the Kartal district. After the incident, the woman called a taxi and asked for a ride, saying, "My husband is sick and needs to go to the hospital."
The taxi driver, seeing the situation, called 112 and asked for help. Police and medical personnel arrived at the scene and arrested the woman.
The couple had been married for 4 years and had one child.
