Uzbek student killed in shooting at US university

Uzbek student Muhammadaziz Umurzakov was killed in a shooting at Brown University in Rhode Island, USA. This was reported by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Akhror Burkhanov. The tragedy occurred on December 13 at the Barus + Holley building in Providence, during exams. An unknown person shot and killed two people and injured eight others.
The representative offices of Uzbekistan in the USA are in contact with the family members of the deceased and are resolving the issues in cooperation with the relevant agencies.
