An Uzbek blogger was fined for violating Article 505 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Kazakhstan, namely the rules for the improvement of populated areas. It turned out that the blogger was driving a car along the seashore near the Bozhyra Gorge in Mangystau region. The incident was also captured on video and caused widespread discussion on social networks. The video shows the car entering the water on the shore of the Caspian Sea and driving through the Bozhyra and Tuzbayir regions. Tuzbayir is one of the most popular natural attractions in Mangystau region, which has always attracted tourists with its vast salt flats and snow-white rocky landscapes. The blogger was fined up to 20 times the minimum wage, or more than 2 million 200 thousand soums.
