Unauthorized withdrawals detected from cards linked to the Humans app.

Reports have circulated on social media claiming that funds were withdrawn without users’ consent from bank cards connected to the Humans application. The Central Bank has announced that it has launched an urgent investigation into the incident.

On December 8, starting from 08:30, the Central Bank began receiving complaints from citizens. Following this, the regulator contacted Octagram JSC (a payment service) and instructed it to temporarily suspend P2P payments in order to strengthen security measures. As of December 9, all payments and transfers via the Humans app have been fully suspended.

According to official information, all suspicious transactions, technical processes, and cooperation between the platforms are being thoroughly examined. Additional information will be provided upon completion of the investigation.

The Central Bank also reminded that, if necessary, citizens may contact law enforcement agencies.
