U.S. Delegation Visits Tashkent

A U.S. delegation led by Sergio Gor, Special Representative for South and Central Asia, and Christopher Landau, Deputy Secretary of State, arrived in Tashkent.

During the meetings, the sides discussed strategic minerals, energy, trade, and investment development, as well as enhancing cooperation within the “C5+1” framework (the U.S. and five Central Asian nations).

As part of the visit, the delegation toured Tashkent and Samarkand, praising Uzbekistan’s rich history, culture, and hospitality.
