Two Uzbeks whose passports were confiscated in the UAE were returned to their homeland

"Dunyo" agency reports that assistance was provided to citizens of Uzbekistan who were in a difficult situation in the United Arab Emirates.

It was reported that citizens of M.U. and D.K. In their appeals to the Consulate General, they stated that they came to the UAE believing in false promises and that they were constantly being harassed by their employer.

In particular, a person who called himself an employer took away the identity documents of citizens of Uzbekistan and did not return them using various excuses.

As a result of measures taken by Uzbek diplomats, M.U. and D.K.'s passports were taken back. With the support of active compatriots, they were given a free plane ticket for their return to the Motherland.

They were escorted to Uzbekistan on the Dubai-Tashkent flight of Uzbekistan Airways.
