Two teenagers killed after car driven by 15-year-old plunges into ditch in Sirdaryo

On September 19, in the “Furqat” neighborhood of Sirdaryo district, 15-year-old D.A. was driving his father’s “Lacetti” car without permission when, due to high speed, he lost control and drove into a ditch. The car caught fire. As a result, two underage passengers in the vehicle died at the scene, while the driver survived and was hospitalized. A criminal case has been opened under Article 266, Part 3(a) of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway.
