The criminal case related to the death of Farhod Mannopov was sent to the court with an indictment.

As part of the criminal case, two persons were charged with Article 116 (failure to properly perform their duties in the field of profession) and Article 117 (endangerment) of the Criminal Code.

The 27-year-old winemaker Farhod Mannopov, known by the nickname "Mitty Wine", died on March 5 in one of the clinics located in the Chilonzor district of Tashkent, and a criminal case was initiated. In June, the license of the clinic where he died was revoked by court order.

During the initial quick investigation, it was indicated that another person died during surgery in this clinic in 2013. However, this fact was not confirmed during the investigation. The General Prosecutor's Office announced that the case will be legally closed after all the necessary investigative actions have been carried out.
