Turkmenistan and UNFPA intend to intensify cooperation in the field of youth policy

Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Myakhri Byashimova held talks with the head of the Office of the United Nations Population Fund in Turkmenistan Aina Seyitlieva, during which the parties discussed the intensification of cooperation in the field of youth policy.

Also during the meeting, issues of interaction within the framework of the country program approved for 2021-2025 were touched upon, the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan reports.

In this context, the interlocutors noted successful joint work with ministries and state structures of Turkmenistan, including in such areas as the empowerment of women, gender equality, reproductive health and family planning.
