Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan develop information exchange in customs

The issues of preliminary information exchange about goods were discussed by representatives of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan during an online meeting with colleagues from Kazakhstan. This was reported on the website of the customs department of Turkmenistan.
In particular, the parties considered a set of organizational and technical measures to ensure the mutual exchange of information, relevant software tools necessary for organizing an information partnership.
Information interaction is provided for by the Agreement between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan on the organization of the exchange of preliminary information on goods and vehicles moved between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. It was signed in 2021.
