Turkmenistan Airlines clarified the procedure for online refund of air tickets

Turkmenistan Airlines has published on its official website the Refund Policy for air tickets purchased on the website turkmenistanairlines.tm. According to the document, you can return air tickets online by sending a copy of a hand-filled application to the email address [email protected].

You may also need your card's bank details for a refund if the airline requires them.
The money for the air ticket is returned to the buyer's card within 20 working days after confirmation of the return.
The following deductions will be made upon return:
— 25% of the net passenger fare is deducted for passenger non-arrival on local flights,
— 10% of the net passenger fare will be charged if the ticket is returned less than 24 hours and no later than 3 hours before departure,
— 25% of the net passenger fare will be charged if the ticket is returned less than 3 hours before departure.
