The Ministry of Internal Affairs has published a draft law on amendments to the Code of Administrative Responsibility due to the improvement of liability for violations of traffic rules. According to it, relevant amendments are made to Article 128 of this Code with the document. In this case, it is planned to impose fines for trucks not moving in the far left lane of the road and for not giving way to vehicles moving straight or to the right from the opposite direction of an equally important road when turning left or turning. According to the Ministry, despite the fact that the above procedure for trucks is defined in the third and fourth paragraphs of Article 67 of the Traffic Rules, in practice, trucks move at high speed in the left lane of the road or interfere with other vehicles and cause accidents. causing cases. "Traffic rules contain requirements for the movement of trucks on the side of the road, but MJtK does not have responsibility for non-compliance with these requirements," says the explanation of =ujjat loyi=asi. In addition, in paragraph 107 of the Traffic Rules, when turning left or turning, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to vehicles moving from the opposite direction on the road of equal importance. Tram drivers must also follow this rule. However, MJtK is not responsible for the violation of this requirement. The Ministry stated that due to the repetition of such cases, the drivers did not have the opportunity to take effective measures, and they also cause various serious accidents. Taking into account the above, relevant amendments have been made to Article 128 of the Criminal Code, and it is planned to impose a fine in the amount of one-half of the BHM on offenders.
