In the Buloqboshi district of the Andijan region, a truck struck seven vehicles after its brakes failed. Three people died and four were injured in the accident, according to the regional Traffic Safety Department.
The incident occurred around 09:40 on October 10. Preliminary reports indicate that the driver lost control of a Howo truck—loaded with soil—due to a brake system malfunction. The truck collided with several vehicles, including a Cobalt, Nexia, BYD Song Plus, Nexia-2, Nexia-3, Damas, and Matiz. Roadside shops also sustained damage.
The three fatalities occurred at the scene. Four injured individuals, including the truck driver, were hospitalized. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and an investigation is currently underway.
