ASTANA, August 26 - Sputnik. Presidents of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Emomali Rahmon visited the Digital Government Office, Akorda's press service reported.

There, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Musin presented IT platforms that facilitate effective interaction between government agencies and citizens.

In particular, Musin showed examples of a proactive request for the issuance of documents when registering the birth of a child, as well as registering real estate and a car.

The presidents were also familiarized with the e-Otinish platform for filing citizens' appeals and the space monitoring system, which makes it possible to ensure transparency in the activities of subsoil use entities and identify unused agricultural land.

The leaders of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan were told about the implementation of the "Digital Family Map" project. The map helps to divide all Kazakhstani families into five levels of well-being and provide targeted social assistance in a proactive format.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan will share its experience in implementing the e-government platform with the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan.

This afternoon, the leaders of the two countries also visited an exhibition-fair of agricultural, industrial products, folk crafts and national dishes of Tajikistan, held in Astana as part of the Days of Culture of Tajikistan in Kazakhstan. The presidents also visited the main mosque of the capital.
