🥛Ingredients:

1 cup of oil;
1 glass of milk;
2 eggs;
300 g of brinza;
1 bunch of coriander;
1 glass of mineral water;

🫓Preparation:

- Beat the egg, add milk and oil and mix well.
- Chop the brinza and cilantro and crush them together.
- Spread the prepared thin dough on the tray and put the prepared mixture and brinza alternately.
- Divide the dough into pieces, pour mineral water, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
