Today, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws

Among them are the laws "On the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan", "On the Licensing System", "On Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements", "On Telecommunications" and "On the Participation of Citizens in Ensuring Public Order".

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Licensing System" was developed and adopted in order to support and develop entrepreneurship, reduce permits, simplify and electronically obtain these documents, and ensure transparency in the process of issuing permits. This law is accompanied by the Unified State Register of Licenses, Permits, Acts of Approval and Approval, Notifications Received, which provides for all types of activities for which they are allowed to work, and the amounts payable for obtaining these documents.

Amendments and additions were also made to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Amnesty in connection with the legalization of assets and funds of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan", according to which the validity of this law was extended until January 2024, 1. In this regard, individuals and legal entities are given another opportunity to legalize their assets and funds until January 2024, <>.

The signed laws are aimed at the progress of the socio-economic sphere, entrepreneurship, the development of electronic documents, the protection of human rights and freedoms, crime prevention, nature protection, the creation of new jobs and the improvement of the standard of living of the population.
