Three years have passed since the terrible earthquakes in Turkey

On February 6, 2023, at 04:17, two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.7 and 7.6 on the Richter scale struck the Kahramanmaraş region in southeastern Turkey, nine hours apart. The devastating earthquake also caused great damage to the provinces of Hatay, Osmaniye, Adiyaman, Diyarbakir, Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, Kilis, Adana, Malatya and Elazig. The earthquake killed 53,537 people and injured 107,213. Millions of people were left homeless.
The consequences of the earthquake have been eliminated in the past, but the losses and pain left behind will never be forgotten.
