According to the press service of Surkhandarya regional government, in connection with the elimination of a major accident that occurred in the city of Termiz, on September 5, 6, and 7, 2023, from 08:00 to 20:00, Termiz drinking water supply will be temporarily stopped in all neighborhoods of the city. Residents of the city of Termiz were asked to reserve drinking water as much as possible. During the repair period, water will be supplied to the population using special water-carrying equipment.
