Theft of the Year: Thief Robs Jewelry Store and Escapes on a Donkey

One of the most unusual thefts of the year occurred in Turkey. In the city of Kayseri, a young man broke into a jewelry store using a cargo vehicle, stole gold, and fled the scene on a donkey to avoid drawing attention.

Police quickly detained the 26-year-old suspect. During questioning, he said he committed the crime due to financial difficulties and expressed regret. The stolen 150 grams of gold were returned to the owner.
