According to the court decision, 6 defendants were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment, and 3 women were sentenced to conditional restriction of liberty. In addition, they were ordered to compensate the victims for the damage caused.

According to the investigation, more than 1,700 citizens were registered as victims in this case. The total amount of damage exceeded 450 billion soums, a significant part of which has already been covered.

Since 2018, the companies have been offering citizens housing on a installment basis, but it was found that part of the collected funds was spent for no purpose and construction work was not fully implemented.
